Morning attunement (2 minutes)
Upon waking, place a hand on your chest or belly. Ask: What do I feel guided to focus on today? Write down three priorities that feel aligned, not just urgent. Let these shape your schedule.

Pause at lunch. Breathe in for four, out for six, three times. Ask: Do I need fuel, movement, sunlight, or silence? Choose one. Intuition thrives when physiology is supported.

Inbox overload
Play: Open mail, scan subject lines, and let your body choose the first three to touch. Handle those. Then reassess. This prevents analysis paralysis and builds momentum.

Meetings vs. deep work
Play: Ask, “What time of day do I feel most focused?” Protect that window with a calendar block. Intuition will often nudge you toward the same 90-minute focus zone each day—honor it.

Food choices
Play: Before ordering or cooking, ask: What does my body want right now—warmth, freshness, protein, lightness? Choose accordingly and notice post-meal energy as feedback.

Movement
Play: If going to the gym feels heavy, ask for the smallest joyful movement. Ten minutes of stretching outdoors might serve you better than a forced workout. Follow the energy, not the rule.

Social energy
Play: Before saying yes to plans, do the Body Yes/No Check. If it is a “no” or a “not today,” offer a kind alternative: “I’d love to catch up next week—Wednesday or Friday?”
